This is a good question!!! Now I give you a Karma pdswife, if your karma points increase by 175, that means your first theory is working...

You can always see your own karma - just go up to "user cp" and click on it.
You'll see your karma. Also, if you click on the underlined link on the left, it will take you to the post that gave you your karma.
