Yep, I'm in that camp too. As far as I'm concerned, salmon is totally ruined by heat.

Welcome to the group. I myself am new to cooking and baking. I have a lot of questions and some times ask more than I should ,only bec, I don't understand it. But the people here are great with their help and adding more people to help is great. Only thing I ask is please don't get upset with me on my questions and extra help to understand.
