Okay, y'all stand back to back, take fifty paces, turn and fire!

You've been given several names to work with. All of them have recipes on the web. Here's one to get you started.

I would also suggest you take Andy's recommendation and find that book. It's extremely helpful and detailed, although the ingredient lists can be daunting when you first look at them. He does like his spice mixes.

What do you think of the other links medtran provided? Did you read any of them, or just respond to one title?

Are you going to believe second and third hand stories and myths, or someone who has lived that life and has firsthand knowledge of what I'm talking about.
I'm through with you muttonheads...

Hm. Family stories or professional historians who read primary sources? That's a tough one.

Yeah. Sounds like someone just has to be right all the time. I would suggest someone take those fifty paces and just keep walking until they calm down.

Remember, one of the rules of this forum is "Be Nice" to each other.

Does CNN cook Creole food? I have never seen any of their food shows. How are they. Do their Creole food shows speak in Creole? I love the sound of that language. What time are their food shows on? Curious minds want to know!

One click would answer your questions. The story starts with this: "Editor's note: This story, and several others on New Orleans, complement the *CNNGo TV* series. See more of the show here: www.cnn.com/gotravel."
