I am making some Russian Fudge for a friends wedding, and am going to cut it into heart shapes, cover it in chocolate and wrap it up for the guests. (Cool huh?!) Problem is i really need to make the fudge now (1 week before), and am wondering how to store it. I realise the fridge isn't the best place but would a cool place work ok if it is airtight??;)

Haha Bilby, i don't think i will!!! Its way to popular anyway with all my friends!

Our local shop keeps their fudge in the refrigerated display unit. A reckon a cool larder or cellar would be good, you certainly don't want to let get warm.

Welcome to DC, Ema. Like everyone has said, you can freeze it, or refrigerate it. BUT, make sure it's well-wrapped and airtight before it gets chilled.

I've never heard of Russian Fudge before. Would you be willing to share the recipe with us?
