Then yours would be perfect. My candy t. must be old because I think it starts at 200.

I have a dial and a digital. The digital is worth it if you use a thermometer a lot.
My friend's with the wire and alarm must have been about $75. Great if you roast a lot of meat.

I found this site in the UK that actually makes and sells (sous vide products). I am not
offering ths as an advertising site but a place to see all the different menu ideas that can
be done with this type of cooking. How long can it be before we find it in US stores?

I am an oldentrepreneur, but for a young chef/entrepreneur this could be tremendous
commercial venture.
