The recipe for peanut butter cookies tells me to use 4 tblsps margarine melted....do I measure 4 tblsps and then just melt that or do I have to make sure the melted amount measures 4 tblsps!

Thank you...

I was wondering that!

It would measure the same amount either way.

Haven't got time to measure both ways...:) It's ELVIS MOVIE NIGHT and I'm making three things again...trying to cut down from four and running late. Thank you so much both of you!

That's how I interpreted it, too.

My home ec teacher said to do it exactly as recipe states. If it says 4 tablespoons melted, I would measure 4 tablespoons and then melt it.

But I seem to have a knack for making a mountain out of a mole hill, as you all may have noticed by now. Thank you, all!
