Here's one that's a little different.
1 lb. pork sausage
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage
Form into balls, brown and cook til done. Drain well. I bake these in the oven.
1/2 cup catsup
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
Mix together and pour over meatballs and simmer.
Makes about 30 small appetizer-size meatballs. I usually double or triple this.
