How to make smooth, and tastier fishball, fr fish meat

Dear Sifu (master),

i am a great fishball fans here, i wonder how can it be more tastier with adding some others ingrediant or liquid to make it more tastier.

currently i have try by adding flour, salt and something else. are there somthing more that can i add to make it more better?

pls teach
 
hi laukean.

at christmas, i tried to make a norwegian version of a fishball dish called, obviously enough, fiskeboller. it came out terrible, although my dill cream sauce was good. but it couldn't save the horrible pasty taste of the fishballs.
hopefully norgeskog or one of our other norskies on the site can help you out. or maybe someone out there has a recipe for thai fish balls. they are spiced and deep fried (fiskeboller is boiled) and are delicious.
