How to peel potato

Do you speak Japaneese? You are going to need to for this one. Okay I'm joking. You do not have to speak at all for this

Interesting. A brief ice bath after scoring the skin and it just slides off.

Me thinks this calls for attempt at home kitchen!

arigato charlie.

it's kinda the same principle as skinnin' a tomato. a little bit of the moisture under the skin boils and helps it to seperate, contracting in the icewater. i wonder if it works with russets and other types of non-wax potatoes?

lol, poor knife skills. it looked like a college type beginner's cooking class.

Lightbulb Great Ideas

I watched a couple of the videos. I liked them, especially the potato one and the shrimp one. Thank you for sharing, I will have to try them out.
