arigato charlie.

it's kinda the same principle as skinnin' a tomato. a little bit of the moisture under the skin boils and helps it to seperate, contracting in the icewater. i wonder if it works with russets and other types of non-wax potatoes?

lol, poor knife skills. it looked like a college type beginner's cooking class.
 
Great Ideas

I watched a couple of the videos. I liked them, especially the potato one and the shrimp one. Thank you for sharing, I will have to try them out.
