How would you say this?
Hallo,
that is a part of a Basmati Rice recipe of a cooking book that i am publishing,
and to me doesn´t sound very good,
can you write me a better way to express that the cardamom seeds are good for digestion?

When all the water is absorbed and the top grains are soft take off the cloves and the cardamom shells; you can leave the cardamom seeds for their taste and for their capacity of helping digestion.
Thank you eiasu

My suggested changes are in bold face. Hope it's helpful.

Some common words, such as flavour vs flavor, are spelled differently depending on if you are using UK English or American English.
