Cover and refrigerate until flavors are well incorporated. Simple but delicious

Click to expand... Although an aioli is a mayonnaise based sauce, what classifies it as an aioli is the addition of garlic. Mayonnaise by itself is not an aioli, just like hollandaise by itself is not a bearnaise.
