So asking my favorite Kosher practitioner, what kind of salt do you buy and use?

I do buy and use Morton's Kosher salt for cooking. I do use Morton's iodized table salt, though after I cook anything rarely needs any more salt. But honestly I prefer Dimond Crystal brand of kosher salt. Don't ask me way. Something to do with taste but mostly how it feels between my fingers when I salt stuff. I do not use measuring spoons etc.
