Doc Cranston Chicken Broiler mop for 200. Chickens
Every year in the little town where I had my restaurant we would have the Lions club annual chicken roast. And Doc Cranston made this up for the chicken roast
They would stack up cinder blocks about three high and build a charcoal bed of coals and cook over two hundred chicken half’s for the celebration here is Doc’s
Formula

1 gallon white vinegar
10 ounces Lea- Perrins sauce
1 quart lemon juice
2 tsp onion juice
2 tsp Garlic juice

Spray on with a brand new and clean garden sprayer spray chickens every few minutes till done

This is extreamily good try it

Oh yum that does sound good. I think I need to try a couple of these, they will work if I am cooking on a charcoal grill, right? I am hoping so!

From what I've read about Mops, and their ingredients, I wouldn't be surprised if the mop that the OP is asking about is actually beer, flavored with other ingredients.
