Just came across this - had it for years, but it's a great one for a tougher cut of meat; try it with the '7-bone chuck steak'
MARINATED CHUCK STEAK
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2T red wine vinegar
1T minced garlic
1T minced ginger
1 chuck steak or flank steak
Mix all, marinate overnight; grill til medium rare.
