4 medium tomatoes
salt and pepper
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded sharp American cheese
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Halve tomatoes. Sprinkle cut sides with salt and pepper.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese and melted butter. Top tomatoes
with crumb mixture. Srinkle with parsley. Grill over coals,
cut side up, about 5 minutes.
