Grilled Yogurt Marinated Bluefish

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. peeled and chopped ginger root
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. cumin
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup peanut oil
sweet paprika
lemon wedges for garnish
4 (8 oz.) bluefish fillets
In a blender, blend lemon juice, ginger root, garlic, salt, coriander, and cumin. Transfer mixture to a bowl and combine with yogurt and peanut oil. Arrange fillets
in shallow baking dish. Pour marinade over fillets and
let marinate covered and chilled overnight, turning
occasionally. Drain fillets, reserving the marinade.
Grill the fillets skin side down over coals about 4
inches from heat, basting them with reserved marinade.
Grill for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they flake when
tested with fork. Sprinkle fillets with paprika before
serving and garnish with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
