Grilled Zucchini and Squash
Ingredients 2 zucchini 1 squash 3/4 cup butter 1 tablespoon salt 2 tablespoons ground black pepper 2 tablespoons garlic powder Procedure 1 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat and lightly oil the grate. 2 Cut the zucchini and squash into 1/4 inch slices, and then cut those slices in half. 3 Place the zucchini, squash, butter or margarine, salt, ground black pepper and garlic powder onto a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to fold into a sealed package. 4 Place the foil pack on the grill over medium high heat for 20 minutes. Remove and serve. |
