I am having a kebab party for Independence Day! I saw the idea in a magazine this month. You prep all of the meat/fish/veg and then let your guests skewer and cook their own custom kebabs.
I would like to offer several variations of flavored grilling oils, sauces, and/or rubs. I am mainly looking for recipes for oils including - but not limited to:
- Spicy Oil
- Herb Oil
- Garlic Oil
- Balsamic-type blend Oil
PS My family is NOT adventuresome! For proteins, I will be including basic shellfish along with a firm white fish and salmon, plus chicken, steak, & kielbasa (Pittsburgh Polish Sausage). Any other ideas/suggestions appreciated! Thanks!
