Post Malaysian Barbecue Pork

Malaysian Barbecue Pork


1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp. soybean sauce
1 tsp. sesame paste
2 Tbsp. dry sherry or rice wine
1 tsp. tomato sauce
1 spring leek or 1 small onion, chopped fine
1 pound pork tenderloin


Rinse pork and cut into strips, 2" x 1" long. Make marinade by thoroughly combining all other ingredients. Place pork strips in marinade and leave for several hours, turning a few times. Grill over coals for about 15 minutes. Brush with marinade and grill for 15 more minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
