Moist Grilled Sirloin Steaks

My friend always grills her sirloin steaks this way and they always turn out so juicy.
Enjoy! Debbie

MOIST GRILLED SIRLOIN STEAKS

4 SIRLOIN STEAKS
4 tablespoon(s) BUTTER; Softened.
SALT; To Taste.
BLACK PEPPER; To Taste.
1 clove(s) GARLIC; Pressed Or Minced.
_____

Mix garlic and butter together as you would for garlic bread.
Rub butter all over steaks using 1 tablespoon for each steak.
Season steaks with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning.
Grill on BBQ until desired doneness; medium to medium rare is best.

You will see how moist they turn out. Let us know how it turns out. Like all steaks let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy! Debbie
