Pork Kebobs, another gem

Found the recipe here. Pork Kabobs


Another hit on my $20 grill. Baste the kabobs with the remaining marinade. Don't worry about the garlic or orange peel burning, it adds flavor.

BTW - I got those nifty skewers at Linens & Things, ten bucks. Nice and wide, food doesn't do the hula dance on you.

The cut is: El Cheapo pork chops.

Takes a minute to remove the bones and fat, but well worth it.

let me add ..
home depot has the weber kettle 18.5" on sale
for 34 bucks .. and you get a free bag of charcoal ..
you would be surprised at the heat diff.
