Put the prepared meat (kebabs) onto skewers (shishes) and place the skewers right on the cooking surface.
How long you cook them will depend on the size of the kebabs, how closely you pack them on the shishes, the degree of doneness, and how hot your fire is. You should cook them over high heat.
I recommend you put only meat on skewers and any accompanying veggies or fruit on separate skewers because they cook at different rates.
