2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, crumbled
2 large cloves of garlic, minced
1 pound boneless sirloin steak, about 3/4 inch thick

2-3 large sweet onions, cut into 1 inch thick slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika

In a small bowl combine all the steak ingredients except for the steak. Whisk well. Put steaks in ziplock bag and pour the oil mixture over the steak, turning several times to coat. Seal bag and let marinade 30 minutes.

Heat grill. Brush onions lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with the paprika. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Put steak and onions on grill over medium heat, about 4-6 inches from the heat.

Grill about 15 minutes or until steak is to your liking and the onions are tender, turning once.

That does look great. One trick I learned from somewhere is to stick a skewer through the onion slices when you are grilling them. They stay together that way.

Made just the onions the other day to have with bratts also cooked on the grill. It was great. VERY tasty. I cooked them on skewers to keep them together.
