Campfire Grilled Loin Backs......

Turn the ribs bone side down and remove the membrane.
Make a mop from 1/4 Cup Dry White Wine...1/4 Cup White Vinegar
1/4 Cup Water, 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tablespoons Bourbon. Add at least Two Heaping Tablespoons of your favorite rub.
~~ Grill the ribs mostly bone side down...turning and mopping often...
When done...Mop one last time, Cut into serving pieces and liberally sprinkle on your rub. ~ Serve with a Memphis Style Mustard Slaw....
