Thanks Chili Chef!!! That Slab of Spare Ribs is a very, very fond memory!!! Reminiscent of the Old Southern Pit BBQ of by gone days ---- Often imitated, but never duplicated!! --- I was, and still am tempted at times to build a pit....Saw a perfect old, small, store building just the other day along side a heavy traveled two lane...It got me to thinking....
