or Banack bread. I am going to make some pumpkin banack bread on the fire.

2 cups flour, pinch of salt 1 tsp baking powder teaspoon sugar, Tbl spoon of milk powder(pre mix). You can just add some water to this, let it set covered for 10 minutes. Form a sausage from the dough and wrap around a stick and cook over the fire..
Option--add an egg, nuts cheese etc. If you want you can add shortening to this and pan fry.

To the mix above, add pumpkin from a can, 1/3 cup brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla. Make sure your dough is firm enough to stay on the stick.

Cook--when you thump it and it sounds hollow, it's done.

I have done the first part, just read about the pumpkin part... should be good.
