Thank's for the suggestions Goodweed. I especially like the honey mustard glaze. I don't think I'll be getting a spiral cut but scoring should allow enough penetraton of the glaze.
With all the great glazes I have been told about on this thread I am a bit overwhelmed as to which to try first.
