I got a Dutch Oven for Christmas and have been experimenting. This past weekend I tried something that was so simple I was amazed and it turned out absolutely great.

1 Full rack of ribs
1 Mccormick Seasoning Rub for Pork

Rubbed the rack of ribs and set in a covered dish in the refrigerator overnight. Next day rubbed the inside of the DO with olive oil, set the ribs in it. 16 coals on top and 4 below. Went and watched basketball all afternoon. After about 4 hours the ribs fell off the bone. The seasoning gave them a great taste. I've done ribs for years in smokers, grills, ovens, crock pots and stove tops and this is by far the best I have done. Working on a recipe for a Pittsburgh style dish for this weekend. GO STEELERS!
