First, welcome to DC. A fun place to be.

Do you have a recipe you can share with us? It would make it easier to help you if we know what you are doing?

Where is Tanta located?

To do a search on a term on a web page, highlight the word or phrase with the mouse, right click, and select "Search Google for X". In Internet Explorer, it says "Search with Ask.com." I imagine the default search engine can be changed.

Tanta is a city in Egypt: Tanta

Welcome to DC, Muhammad Sorry I can't help with your recipe, but we have lots of good bakers here who can, as you can see from msmofet's pic
