Apple Butter Crust

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup Apple juice

Directions

In a large bowl, cut together flour and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add apple juice and quickly cut together. Turn out on a floured board and gently knead for 1-2 minutes.
Separate dough in half, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.

Makes 2 pie crusts
