Cream Horn Fillings

I like to make Cream Horns and at this stage I only make them with jam and cream.
I wanted to get some ideas on other things i could put into the horns and how to go about it.

Ricotta with some icing sugar and soft fruits like raspberries or loganberries.

what is the filing the bakerys use in them. Hubbie loves them.

Flavored whipped creams made with liquors like Grand Marnier,Kalua or other good ones, serve with fresh berries.Or how about mousses?
