Cream Horn Fillings

I like to make Cream Horns and at this stage I only make them with jam and cream.
I wanted to get some ideas on other things i could put into the horns and how to go about it.
 
Creme patissiere

Ricotta with some icing sugar and soft fruits like raspberries or loganberries.
 
:) Flavored whipped creams made with liquors like Grand Marnier,Kalua or other good ones, serve with fresh berries.Or how about mousses?
