Man, are there a lot of good tips in this thread. I'm going to try some of Corazon's ideas as well as the muffin mix idea, though it may take a couple of months to get to it all.

You're not kidding. I don't bake, but I had to copy these just to have them and maybe use a savory type for a casserole topping.
