I have made this in the past for some friends but I was feeling decadent at the time..
Instead of the chocolate pudding. Over the peanut butter I laid in a layer of vanilla ice cream about 1/2" thick and stuck it in the freezer. I then made some home made hot fudge sauce(like making boiled fudge on the side of the Hersheys cocoa can) but I didn't boil it all the way to soft ball. I served the slices on the plates and covered with the warm fudge sauce and whipped cream and sprinkled with chopped peanuts. WOW talk about rich!!! but no one complained. |
