This pie is so easy to make and looks and tastes like you spent all day making it. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.
Enjoy! Debbie

I have made this in the past for some friends but I was feeling decadent at the time..

Instead of the chocolate pudding. Over the peanut butter I laid in a layer of vanilla ice cream about 1/2" thick and stuck it in the freezer. I then made some home made hot fudge sauce(like making boiled fudge on the side of the Hersheys cocoa can) but I didn't boil it all the way to soft ball.

I served the slices on the plates and covered with the warm fudge sauce and whipped cream and sprinkled with chopped peanuts.

WOW talk about rich!!! but no one complained.

Yum! It does sound rich, but oh so good. Thanks for sharing! Debbie
