Favorite pumpkin pie recipes

It is really hard to say which pumpkin pie recipe is my favourite. There are so many out there. I think that every pumpkin pie recipe tastes great.

I have never used canned pumpkin. I do make a killer pumpkin roll. It is like a jelly roll, but it is pumpkin bread with cream cheese icing rolled in it. I am still perfecting that recipe here and there. I usually make them and give them away to my boy’s teachers. They are the guinea pigs. Payback for the homework I have to sit through. I have never heard anything but good things about them though.
