I baked schnecken (croissant-like pastries filled w/ nuts and raisins) today, and will not be serving it for 5 days. After cooling them completely, I put them in a tin and really sealed it well. Will they still be delicious in 5-6 days, or should I freeze them until I serve them? I don't want soggy pastries and am not sure which is the best way to preserve their texture.

:) As long as you made sure they were completely cooled I would freeze them. They should not be soggy as long as you take them out of tin and let thaw outside of tin.
