I saw this on another site I havent tried it yet,but I thought it sounded good and easy
1-9 in. graham cracker crust
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1- tub coconut-pecan frosting
8- oz. cool whip
beat cream cheese. add frosting and mix in then add cool whip. put in pie shell and refigerate.
Im sure you could use different frostings and drizzle caramel or chocolate on top
Seeing recipes like this one makes me seriously question why I try to make things complicated!!!
You just KNOW this is a killer icebox pie, brandy!!! Right up there with Hershey Bar Pie!!! And you can use low-fat cream cheese and cool whip to make yourself feel a little less sinful. Then again....!
