Question Help with pie!

Question - Want to make a "Kentucky Chocolate Pecan pie" calls for 3 eggs, I have only two exlg. Will it make that much of a differance ? Iam soooo hungry for it and family loves it. Thanks for any help !

I don't know your complete recipe....but I'd say the difference would not be that much...go to it!!

I was thinking earlier...Chocolate..Pecans..Kentucky makes me think Bourbon....That has got to be a winner!!! Love the ingredients!!!
