i'm making a pie. the crust is smushed oreo/butter or a purchased crust. the filling is so far gonna be comprised of cooked chocolate pudding. then i was gonna whip some cream/sugar/vanilla before slicing the pie for a topper. shaved chocolate for a garnish.

i would love incorporating a ganache. is that too much chocolate? i'd pour the ganache into the shell before the pudding.
also, would my pie get soggy if i poured my pudding in tonite? or should i wait until after easter dinner.
