Just watched Heston Blumenthal make Treacle Tart
and it looked beautiful.
anyone ever made a treacle tart?
I've never even heard of it.
I was looking for his masterful chicken fried steak which I found also.

We have made it with my school cooking class. It is a classic dish over here - it was my great uncles favourite pudding. It can be difficult to get right - making sure it is moist when you eat it.
