Leftover, crushed chocolate chip cookies...
I received a bag of leftover cookies from a function, choc chip and butterscotch walnut bars. Well, they were really, really crubly, broken up. So I put them in the processor, patted the crumbs into a pie pan, put it in the oven a bit to melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips. Then took it out, pressed the crust down firmly, then filled the crust with vanilla pudding. I'll top it with cool whip.
tada

Sounds yum. I'd put it IN ice cream or on it, too, but I'd leave bigger chunks.

Didn't have ice cream, but had a large package of pudding... It was pretty good!

The Cookie Crust pie sounds awesome. Ever think about taking your crust and combining a package of cream cheese, powdered sugar and cocoa, placing that in the bottom of your pan and then topping it with a chocolate whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Yum! sounds good! Dessert tonight was mostly about what I had on hand, what was simple. And... couldn't bear to throw away a gallon ziplock of crushed cookies!!!
