I have one for a lemon tart with an almond crust. I made it for thanksgiving. It was lovely. Let me know if that interests you and I'll find the recipe.

I have FOUR jars of lemon curd in my pantry. Had SIX, but threw 2 out because even tho unopened they had darkened considerably in color & I was afraid they weren't safe to eat. One of the remaining 4 jars is starting to look that way as well. Have received them all as gifts & since I'm not a big sweets fan, just haven't found an opportunity to use them. I feel bad because a couple of the jars were imported from England & obviously very fancy.
