Pastry cooked in turbo oven
Hi there, I'm new to this forum. We have lived in Australia since 1971 having come from England.
I just bought a turbo oven and find that the recipe book is minimal. No help with where to place pies or pizzas (not frozen). Can anyone please give me a few pointers on this? The book does say that if you can cook it in a convection oven, then you can cook it in the turbo but surely there must be right and wrong ways to do this.
