Hi there!

As i live in the middle of nowhere with no shops to speak of, iwas wondering if any of you have a recipe for home-made phyllo pastry??

Thanks!

It's basically pie crust dough with cold butter between layers and then rolled out thin... more cold butter... more folding and rolling out thin... more cold butter, more folding and rolling out thin for 20-30 times! (Phew!) It's so much work that if at all humanly possible, it's best to purchase commercially made Phyllo. Good Luck!

Sounds like you're describing puff pastry, not phyllo (filo).
