Is there a section here for "Kitchen Disasters"? Boy, do I have one or two, but mostly I want to read about others'. Not all are funny, I'm sure.

There you go. Up on the right hand corner of this page you will see a box that is titled "Advanced Search". Just type in what you are looking for with just a few word, and enter.

Being clumsy, I always put my pumpkin pies (and just about everything else) on a baking/cookie sheet before they go in the oven.

Try pulling out the oven rack and pouring the filling while the pie tin is on it already.
