For Mudbug:)
1-9 inch graham cracker pie crust, home made or store bought.
Filling:
2-Tab. flour
1/2-c. sugar
3/4-tea. cinnamon
1/8-tea. salt
1-egg, slightly beaten
1-tea. vanilla
1-c. sour cream
6-med. ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
Topping:
1/3-c. sugar
1/3-c. flour
3/4-tea. cinnamon
4-Tab. softenend butter
Preheat oven to 400. Combine flour,sugar, cinnamon,salt,egg, vanilla and sour cream. Fold in peaches to coat. Pour into crust. Bake 15 min. reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 30 min. Combine your topping and crumble it over the warm pie. Bake and additional 10 min at 400.
