Turnover, cream cheese, fruit?

Could I...

soften some cream cheese..

mix with fruit.. fresh, cooked, canned pie filling?

some sugar..

wrap with that Philo Dough frozen stuff..

Bake per package 'till brown..

and get sort of a Fruit/ Cream Cheese Fruit Turnover?

Sure fold it like a flag and make sure the filling isn't to thin...

or just plop the sweetened cream cheese on it, then a dollop of the fruit
