Sorry no serving #'s attached to these recipes. Nor does it tell what size pans to use.....Just wing it.

No Bake Fruit Cake

32 lg. marshmallows
1 1/2 lbs. crushed graham crackers
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 cup sweet pickle juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup chopped dates
2 lbs. shredded orange peel
2 cup pecans (or other nuts), chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup currants
1/4 cup chopped figs
1/2 cup each candied pineapple (red, green and white)
3/4 cup candied cherries
1/4 cup chopped citron

Cut up marshmallows, add cream and pickle juices. They will melt together. Crush graham crackers. Mix all ingredients together. Cut some paper sacks to fit your cake pans, then put the above mixed ingredients into pans. Let set for a while, such as a week or two.

No Bake Fruit Cake

1 lb. vanilla wafers
1 lb. dates
1/4 lb. pkg. Angel Flake coconut
1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
2 cup pecans
2 cup English walnuts
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Crumble vanilla wafers fine, cut dates fine. Chop nuts, cut cherries in half. Mix together including coconut. Pour the milk over all and mix well. Press in container and store in refrigerator.
