I recently viewed Lidia Program on Create TV and she was making
Almond Cake with Chocolate Chips. She NEVER gives measure of her
ingreadients. I try to follow, take notes and usually can figure it out.
I guess the program Plan is to Sell Cookbooks...not provide recipes.
Thank goodness for Discuss Cooking. Everyone here..shares. Shame
on Lidia.
The cake she made was Almond Chocolate Chip. It had flour, baking powder,salt
almond extract, sugar, butter....orange zest 4 eggs sliced almonds Chocolate chips
350 oven. 35 minutes.
